Every vehicle we sell comes with a full PPSR (Personal Property Securities Register) certificate, confirming that it has a clear title with no money owing, no write-off history, and that it is neither stolen nor encumbered. We also provide full registration details for your peace of mind.

The PPSR (Personal Property Securities Register) confirms whether a vehicle has any financial encumbrances, has been written off, or reported stolen. Additionally, a WOVI (Written-Off Vehicle Inspection) may be required if a vehicle has been repaired after being written off. This inspection ensures the vehicle is safe and meets Queensland roadworthy standards.

Yes, eligible vehicles come with either a statutory warranty, as required by Queensland regulations, or an extended dealer warranty, depending on the vehicle’s age and kilometres.

According to the Queensland Office of Fair Trading, vehicles that are less than 10 years old and have travelled under 160,000 kilometres are entitled to a statutory warranty of 3 months or 5,000 kilometres, whichever comes first. We’ll make sure to clearly explain the warranty coverage at the time of purchase.

Yes. For used cars purchased from a licensed dealership (not at auction), you are entitled to a 1-business day cooling-off period, under Queensland consumer law.
